Tell us about problems using Plali or requests about your account and data.
Trouble signing in
Choose the Google or Kakao account you used to join. If pop-ups are blocked, allow them for Plali and try again. If the problem continues, tell us your browser and the error shown on screen.
Saved places and AI connections
Find saved places in My places. Places saved by AI are private by default. Complete locations and records using the Places to organize filter. See the AI guide for connection steps and AI settings to review permissions or disconnect.
Privacy and account closure
You can close your account in account settings. Email us to request deletion, access or correction of stored data. The privacy policy explains account closure and data retention.
Reporting problems and contacting us
Contact operator 강솔 (Kang Sol) at support@plali.app. Include the affected screen, time, browser and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send other people’s personal information, passwords or sign-in tokens.
